Ilana Bensuse started their work experience in 2000 as a Training Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Ilana later became a Trainer and worked there until 2005. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Dogan Wholesale Medical Supplies as a Marketing and Communication Coordinator. After that, they were promoted to Product Marketing Manager and worked in that role until 2016. In 2016, they joined Jamworx as a Community Manager and worked there until 2017. Currently, they are employed at MEMO Global as an Executive Sales Representative, starting in November 2017.

Ilana Bensuse attended Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Sociology. Following their undergraduate education, they obtained a certification in Corporate Communication and Brand Management from Galatasaray University in October 2014.
