Ryan Case is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as VP Engineering at Memfault since May 2019, Ryan has progressively advanced from Senior Software Engineer to Engineering Director. Prior experience includes ownership of Sunberry Software, a remote engineering team focusing on web and mobile systems, and significant roles at Fitbit, where Ryan led the Android SDK team and co-architected a companion runtime for mobile applications, as well as at Pebble Tech, contributing to the Android app and embedded OS during the company's early development. Ryan holds a Master of Mathematics in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo.
