Marcel Jackwerth is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software architecture, development, and consulting. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Memfault since May 2019, Marcel also holds the position of Software Architect at Binary Molecule, where projects involve high-profile app/UI prototyping and client collaborations with major companies such as Intel Germany. Previously, Marcel worked at Fitbit as a Staff Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the architecture of the Companion Runtime and mentoring in the JavaScript ecosystem. At Pebble Tech, Marcel was a Technical Lead Engineer, and prior to that, served as CTO at Northdocks GmbH, overseeing various IT and programming projects.
