Muhammad Haris is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in production management, currently serving as a Senior Production Engineer at Hitachi Energy since May 2012. Haris has led and supervised various product manufacturing lines, significantly enhancing worker skills through on-the-job training and initiating process improvement projects that resulted in considerable cost savings for the organization. Prior to this role, Haris worked as a Production Engineer at Siemens Energy from January 2009 to March 2012, where responsibilities included resolving quality issues, overseeing production and material planning, and implementing improvements in production.
