Rob Middleton has extensive work experience in sales and marketing. Rob started their career at Memco, Inc in 1992 as a Marketing Manager, where they developed and implemented marketing plans and promotions. Rob also produced the company's first full line products catalog. In 1997, they joined EMI Music Group as a Field Marketing Representative, promoting artists, labels, and tours. Rob then moved on to become an Administrative Assistant, assisting in various marketing and sales tasks. Middleton returned to Memco, Inc in 1999 as the Director of Marketing, coordinating all sales and marketing activities and developing promotional materials. Rob later became the VP of Sales & Marketing in 2003, where they coordinated all company marketing and sales activities and served as the ERP project leader. In 2007, they were promoted to EVP Sales & Marketing and General Manager, overseeing all operations of the company with a focus on financial objectives, cost controls, and marketing coordination.
Rob Middleton attended Missouri State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
