Katja Mattsson has a total of 20 years of work experience. Katja started their career at Capgemini as a Consultant in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Katja then joined Digisip as a Digisip in 2002 but left the company the same year. In 2002, they also worked as a Project Manager at Netstar until 2003. From 2004 to 2007, they worked at Lavastorm as an Application and Solution Manager/Revenue Assurance Analyst. In 2007, they became self-employed and worked as a Program Manager until 2008. Katja then joined Cybercom as a Manager in 2008 and stayed until 2009. Katja'smost recent role is Program Manager at Memberson, where they have been working since 2010.

Katja Mattsson attended Gotland University from 1996 to 2000, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. During the same time period, they also studied at DSV, Royal Institute of Technology, earning a Master's degree. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and IT Management from Stockholms University, also between 1996 and 2000.
