Stephen Sehy, MBA, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in providing CFO consulting services specifically for Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. As the Principal and CFO at CaaS for SaaS CFO Services since September 2014, Stephen has focused on assisting SaaS businesses in raising capital. Currently serving as the CFO for Membershine LLC and previously for busybusy and Boardable, Stephen has a strong track record in financial management within the technology sector. Additionally, Stephen has been an Angel Investor with VisionTech Partners | VisionTech Angels since November 2016. Earlier career experience includes serving as a CPA and external auditor at RSM US LLP, specializing in various sectors, including healthcare and non-profit organizations. Stephen holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master's in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor's in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
