Deede Westermann has extensive experience in the financial and nonprofit sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Since April 2010, Deede has held various leadership roles at Members Cooperative Credit Union, including Mortgage Servicing Manager, Mortgage Loan Underwriter, and Branch Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Program Coordinator for the American Lung Association in Minnesota, where Deede administered a multi-million dollar HUD grant focused on air quality improvements for vulnerable populations. Deede's earlier roles include Vice President of Lending at Share Advantage Credit Union and Regulatory Compliance & Internal Audit Officer at Pioneer National Bank of Duluth, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
