Frank Serina has been with Members 1st Federal Credit Union since 1990 and currently holds the position of Chief Risk Officer. With extensive experience in risk management and security services, Frank is responsible for implementing and managing policies to mitigate critical risks and achieve strategic objectives. Previously, Frank served in various leadership roles within the organization, overseeing risk departments and leading initiatives such as anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and physical security. With a background in accounting, Frank also worked as a Lottery Auditor at the Pennsylvania Lottery / The Huber Group from 2003 to 2010.
