Sébastien Dubois is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Associate CoFounder of Melvan SAS since November 2020, where the company focuses on the development, construction, and operation of solar, onshore wind, and storage projects in France. Prior to Melvan, Sébastien held significant positions at RES (France) as General Manager and Finance and Acquisition Director, overseeing M&A and project finance activities. As Chairman and CoFounder of ENERYO from 2007 to 2014, Sébastien led investments in utility-scale renewable projects and established key partnerships. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at EDF Energies Nouvelles Portugal, where project financings of approximately €800 million were negotiated, and roles at One.Tel and Diageo, focusing on financial management and reporting. Sébastien holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Accountancy, Tax, and Law from ESCIA.
