Richard Howard is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law, commercial litigation, and class action defense. Currently serving as Partner and Chair of Class Action Defense at Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP since March 2007, Richard has dedicated their career to defending employers in class action suits and representing management in labor and employment matters. Prior roles include Partner at Kaufman Schneider & Bianco, LLP, where similar work was conducted, and Senior Litigator at Finkel Goldstein Berzow Rosenbloom & Nash, focusing on commercial litigation. Richard began their legal journey as an Assistant Attorney General for the New York State Attorney General. Educational credentials include a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Queens College.
