Mateusz Korszun is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Meltwater since March 2017, overseeing multiple high-performance teams managing extensive daily document volumes and driving innovation within engineering. Korszun has a diverse background in software engineering, having previously held roles as Principal Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Backend & Mobile Developer, contributing to significant projects such as content ingestion pipelines and API development. Prior experience includes co-founding a runners calendar platform in Poland and holding engineering positions at various companies, including cloudControl and Nokia Siemens Networks, where Korszun gained expertise in technologies like Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS. Korszun holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Engineering College of Copenhagen.
