Brinda Ramamurthy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and human resource management across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global People Operations and People Business Partner for the Americas at Meltwater since December 2017, Brinda has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director of People Business Partner and Director of People Operations and Global HR Analytics. Prior to Meltwater, Brinda worked as an HR Generalist at Molecular Devices, where responsibilities included full cycle HR operations and Workday implementation. Additional experience includes consulting roles focused on talent acquisition, FLSA job classification, and HR consulting for startups and nonprofits. Brinda began the HR career at Capgemini, progressing through reputable firms such as CGI, Computer World, and Plus HRMS. Brinda earned a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Personnel Management and Human Resources from the University of Madras, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same institution.
