Olli Pelkkikangas has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Olli started their career in 2010 at Systems Garden Oy, where they worked as a Web Developer, focusing on front end development, UI design, and configurations for Microsoft Sharepoint and the company's own .NET-based platform. In 2012, they joined Sininen Meteoriitti / Blue Meteorite as a Web Designer, designing and implementing look and feel for customer projects using Microsoft Sharepoint, while also providing UI consulting and occasional training courses for customers. In 2015, Olli moved to Valo as a UI Designer, dedicated to designing and implementing UI for the Valo intranet product, supporting partners on UI-related topics, and conducting promotional work for Valo internationally. Olli later became a Senior Web Designer, and eventually a Lead Designer, responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring the designer team, ensuring high-quality UI, and continuing their design and front-end work. In 2022, Olli joined Meltlake as a Design Lead, mainly working as a lead UI designer in customer projects, assisting with frontend work, and handling UI for Meltlake's own applications and design processes.

Olli Pelkkikangas received a Bachelor of media engineering degree from JAMK University of Applied Sciences in 2010, specializing in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. Olli also attended HAMK University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2005, studying Data Processing. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Kaurialan Lukio from 2000 to 2003. Olli also obtained several additional certifications from Microsoft, including MCPS (Microsoft Certified Professional), MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3, MCITP: SharePoint Administrator 2010, and MCTS: SharePoint 2010, Configuration.
