Ilija Stojanov is an experienced Agile Delivery Lead and Project Manager currently employed at Kin + Carta since May 2021. In this role, Ilija collaborates with business stakeholders to define project vision and strategy, manages client communication, and leads delivery teams to achieve project objectives while facilitating Agile ceremonies. Prior to Kin + Carta, Ilija served as the Commercial Manager for Security and Automation Systems at SENSOR DOO from August 2016 to May 2021, focusing on performance analysis, client relationship management, and project prioritization. Ilija's career also includes a role as Project and Technical Support Manager at SECTRON, where responsibilities encompassed project management for security systems and technical support. Earlier experience includes project development at NIK SISTEMI. Ilija holds a degree in Electronics from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje.
