Thomas Kiely serves as the Vice President of Operations at Melograno Cocktails since September 2022. Previously, Thomas held the position of General Manager at Thorn Brewing Co. from June 2014 to August 2022, overseeing all department heads, managing approximately 25 employees, and generating $3 million in revenue with an annual beer production of 8,000 barrels. Thomas implemented innovative revenue streams during the pandemic and led new product development initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as Operations Manager and Market Manager at L. Knife & Son, Inc., where Thomas improved operational workflows and developed distribution strategies, along with various positions at Target, the City of Boston Police Department, and Northeastern University. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainability Studies at Harvard Extension School, Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
