Bill Ahearn oversees the facilities, maintenance and IT departments across state divisions and finance in New England.
Bill joined Melmark New England in December 2003 as the Director of Business Operations. He has never wavered in his mission-first commitment to the individuals served, often supporting programs during periods of weather emergencies and facility crisis. He creates solutions for long-term outcomes, improving living environments for the people he serve and working conditions for the staff he employ. In his leadership role, he was also a valued participant in the strategic planning process and implementation of goals relating to his departments.
