Tulio Braga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting at Vale in 2007 as an intern, they worked their way up to become a Business Development Coordinator and an Analyst of Operational Improvement. Tulio then joined ²Ñé±ô¾±³Ü³ú in 2015, initially as a Key Account Manager and later as a Business Developer and Product Manager. Tulio further progressed to become the Head of In-Store Operation, and then the General Operations Manager. In 2021, they became the Director of Business Development before ultimately taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer. In 2023, they also became a Board Member at ²Ñé±ô¾±³Ü³ú.

Tulio Braga completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from PUC Minas between 2008 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Technical degree in Managerial Informatics from COTEMIG - Colégio e Faculdade from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Tulio also obtained a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from FALCONI Consultores de Resultado, although the specific month and year of this certification are not provided.
