Ron Rineer is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in the coffee industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Melitta North America since July 2017, Ron focuses on Private Label, Contract Manufacturing, and Toll Roasting opportunities within the Retail and Food Service segments. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Java City, Director of New Business Development at Tazza Pronto, and various leadership positions at Farmer Brothers, including Director of Retail Coffee and Tea and Director of Food Service Coffee and Tea. Earlier experience includes business development at Coffee Bean International and work with Wawa, Inc. Ron holds an MBA from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
