Stephanie Rodenberg currently serves as a Human Resources Consultant specializing in work-life balance and HR governance at Melitta Group, a role pursued through job sharing since January 2021. Prior to this, from January 2006 to April 2017, Stephanie held various positions within Melitta Group, including roles in corporate finance, treasury, and accounting, where responsibilities included corporate consolidation, financial management, and reporting. Stephanie's earlier experience includes a position in sales marketing at Aqamore GmbH from February 2004 to December 2005. In terms of education, Stephanie is currently pursuing a certification in systemic coaching and change management at INeKO, following a diverse academic background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Science from FernUniversität in Hagen and an industrial business training qualification from JACOB Rohrsysteme.
