Shaun Bugeja has held various positions in the IT and customer service fields since 2011. Starting as a Customer Care Agent, Shaun has advanced to roles such as Credit Control Officer and Junior Billing Specialist. Currently, Shaun is a Senior IT Billing & CRM Developer at Melita Ltd. Additionally, Shaun has experience in sales and kitchen staff roles at McDonald's Corporation and Shoemark. Shaun holds a MCAST-BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (Networking and Systems Support) from MCAST.
