Lexie Norman currently serves as Special Projects Manager at Meliore Foundation since July 2021, focusing on the design, planning, implementation, and delivery of Special Projects for the CEO's Office, including the development of incubated projects from concept to execution. Prior to this role, Lexie held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the European Climate Foundation from January 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included staffing the CEO, event planning, and management. Earlier experience includes working at the BBC from December 2008 to February 2014 as an Executive, Project, and Production Assistant, where Lexie successfully managed complex logistics and orchestrated conferences and events, earning a BBC celebrating success award. Lexie holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Westminster, a City and Guilds in Live Performance Technology from Sound Training Centre, a Master of Philosophy in Irish Art History from Trinity College Dublin, and a Bachelor's degree in History of Art and Architecture from the University of Cambridge.
