Sara Medina is an experienced professional in the fields of Learning & Development and Customer Experience. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Specialist at Melio since February 2022, Sara has previously held roles ranging from Senior Customer Experience Associate to Customer Experience Associate within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at MediaKind, a Studio Coordinator at Gensler, and an Office Manager & Production Coordinator at 360 Design Events, Ltd., where Sara collaborated closely with event producers to create tailored experiences for clients. Earlier roles include serving as an Event Marketing Sales Agent at Silverleaf Resorts and as an Event Coordinator at Shiraz Events, where Sara assisted in planning and executing events for notable clients. Sara began their career with an internship at Pivotal Public Relations and a summer operations internship at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.
