Or Frenkel is an experienced engineering leader with a solid background in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Engineering Group Manager and Engineering Team Lead at Melio since May 2021, Or has been instrumental in building and leading the engineering team for a client-facing payment solution. Prior to this role, Or was the VP of R&D at Stoa USA, where FlipOS was developed to streamline the house flipping process. Experience also includes serving as the Head of Mobile at Mobilize, where community management tools were enhanced, and as a Mobile Developer at harmon.ie, focusing on SharePoint integration. Earlier roles involved developing an e-commerce platform at Ocean of Business and serving as an Apple Expert at iDigital. Or holds a BSc in Computer Science from the College of Management Academic Studies, earned between 2009 and 2011. Military service was completed in the IDF from August 2005 to November 2007.
