Seth Parker's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Melink Solar since April 2023, as well as previously holding the position of Vice President and General Manager from March 2019 to April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Melink Corporation as the Director of Melink Solar & Geo from April 2017 to March 2019, and as a Project Manager from May 2015 to April 2017. Seth also worked as an Energy Engineer at Triple Point Energy, Inc. from May 2014 to May 2015, and as a Lead Energy Engineer and Energy Engineer at the University of Dayton Industrial Assessment Center from August 2013 to May 2014. Seth also gained experience through their Masters Project at the University of Dayton in 2013. Seth's earlier work experience includes a role as Sales Support at Fastenal from May 2011 to May 2013.

Seth Parker completed Master of Science in Renewable and Clean Energy Engineering from the University of Dayton in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wittenberg University in 2008. In 2015, Seth pursued Professional Continuing Education in Certification Prep from HeatSpring.
