Albert A. Verhagen holds extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Kommunalsjef helse og velferd at Melhus kommune since August 2021, and is also in the role of Konst. Personal- og organisasjonssjef. Previously, Verhagen was HR- og innovasjonssjef at Stjørdal kommune from August 2018 to July 2021 and HR Manager at NTNU for over a decade, managing HR policies, recruitment, organizational development, and strategy. A strong foundation in healthcare related roles is evident from positions held at Stichting vanWeel-Bethesda Ziekenhuis and Dr. Daniel Den Hoed Kliniek, among others. Verhagen's education includes a recent program at BI Norwegian Business School and a degree in Management and Organisation from TIAS School for Business and Society, complemented by a Bachelor in Occupational Health from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
