Jebb Matthew L. began their work experience as an Android Developer for the Local Government Unit Cagayan De Oro in July 2016. In this role, they were responsible for planning, developing, and implementing mobile applications for the purpose of gathering Socio Economical Status Profiles of applicants and beneficiaries. Jebb then moved on to work as a Software Engineer for 4LOOP in July 2017, where they stayed until December 2018. Most recently, they have been employed as a Machine Learning Engineer at meldCX since October 2019.

Jebb Matthew L. completed their Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Science and Technology of the Southern Philippines. Jebb Matthew attended the university from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology at the Mindanao University of Science and Technology in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City. Jebb Matthew completed their undergraduate degree from 2012 to 2016.
