Joseph Keller has extensive experience in strategic communication and customer engagement, currently serving as a Senior Advisor in the Office of the Managing Director at Melbourne Water since October 2016. Previous roles at Melbourne Water include Team Leader for Customer Strategy & Insights and Strategic Relationships Manager. Prior to this, Joseph held positions such as Communications Manager at Fire Protection Association Australia, and Senior Account Manager at Ignite PR & Marketing. Joseph began a career in media as a Journalist and Newsreader at DMG Radio Australia and has experience in magazine writing and editing. Joseph obtained a Master's degree in Global Media Communication from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from The University of Queensland.
