Daniel Kokoszka is an experienced Infrastructure Engineer at Melbourne Royal® since January 2022, previously having served as an IT Support Analyst and IT Support Assistant at Tennis Australia from September 2017 to December 2021. In the role of IT Support Analyst, Daniel delivered comprehensive level 1, 2, and 3 support to end users across various locations, including Shanghai and Hong Kong, while also focusing on enhancing team effectiveness through knowledge base documentation. As an IT Support Assistant, responsibilities included providing technical support during regular operations and major events like the Australian Open, as well as managing incidents and service requests through IT service management systems. Daniel holds a degree from Victoria University.
