Lynda Wall has extensive experience in the education sector, holding positions such as Deputy Principal of Melbourne Girls Grammar, Deputy Principal at Ipswich Girls'​ and Junior Grammar School, Dean of Studies and Head of Academic Research and Development at St Aidan's Anglican Girls'​ School, and External Assessment Officer/ Principal Project Officer (acting) at Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA).
