Melissa Matos is an accomplished Associate Creative Director at Alcone, where expertise includes leading omnichannel beauty and entertainment brand campaigns. Experience encompasses developing key art for the California Lottery and Häagen-Dazs, as well as managing cross-functional teams for major campaigns like Morgan Stanley and Six Flags. Melissa also serves as CEO and Co-Founder of Melanin Minds, focusing on mental health resources for BIPOC communities, and is a Freelance UX/UI Designer at Create Labs Ventures, delivering tech solutions with social impact. As a Volunteer Mentor at Rainbow Labs, Melissa supports LGBTQ+ youth in developing storytelling skills, while previously founding The WoMi App, which connects consumers with women and minority-owned businesses. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Bridgeport.
