LaGina R H. is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in organizational management, strategic growth, and community engagement. As the Founder and CXO of The Us Space since May 2019, LaGina oversees logistical operations and partnership management. In addition, LaGina serves as COO and Co-Founder of Melanin Minds, focusing on expanding impact within the mental health sector. LaGina is also the Founder of LaRae Infinity LLC, where significant business growth and brand awareness have been achieved. Recent consulting experience with the Houston Health Foundation involved project management for donor-funded initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Membership and Special Projects at The Greater Austin Black Chamber of Commerce and various positions in hospitality and education, highlighting a strong commitment to community service and capacity-building in diverse settings. LaGina holds a Master of Science in Higher Education: Student Affairs from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Stillman College.
