Cathy Beard has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Cathy started their career at Famous Barr in 1980 as a Buyer and later joined Camping World and Good Sam in 1982 as the Director of Retail Marketing. After working there for 20 years, they joined VWB Marketing in 2003 as a Co-Owner until 2008. In 2009, they started their own company, Beard and Partners, LLC. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Director at Melaleuca:The Wellness Company, which they have been in since 2011.

Cathy Beard completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Southeast Missouri State University between 1976 and 1980. Prior to their college education, they attended John F. Kennedy High School from 1972 to 1976, without obtaining a specific degree or field of study.
