Melissa Silva is a Permit Technician at City of South El Monte since June 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as an Account Manager at Mela Group Inc from June 2021 to Present, and at KPI Group Inc from October 2020 to June 2021. Melissa also has experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Elements Massage, Divine Massage, and Massage Envy. Melissa started their journey as a student at Lincoln Tech-Brockton, where Melissa received training in Massage Therapy. Melissa holds a Diploma in Business/Computers from West Roxbury High School and studied Business Administration and Management at Mount Ida College.
