Roman Davydenko, PhD has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Roman currently holds the position of VP Finance & Operations at MEL Science, where they are responsible for procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service & support, and finance. Roman is also the General Manager for two legal entities and manages a team of over 70 employees. Prior to this, Roman served as the Finance Director for multiple legal entities within MEL Science, leading a team of over 200 employees. Before joining MEL Science, they worked at RB as a Commercial Finance Controller and Gross Margin Manager & Marketing Commercial Controller, gaining experience in multinational finance business support and global brand management. Roman also has a background in finance roles at Johnson & Johnson and Nestlé Waters, as well as experience as an Audit Consultant at PwC.

Roman Davydenko, PhD, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in the years 2003-2007. Roman then pursued a Specialist degree in Management of High technology - Industrial Organizations controlling from the same university, completing it in the years 2003-2009. Subsequently, they enrolled in Russian State Technological University named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky (MATI) and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Science between 2009 and 2013. Alongside their studies, they also achieved the Fundamental level in ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), passing the F1-F9 exams. Roman is currently working towards completing the Professional level, having passed the P1-P3 exams.
