Jocelyn Alfaro has a diverse range of work experience. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Active Travel Agency, where they gathered data on competitors and developed golf tourism packages. The following year, they became the Marketing and Public Relations Chair at the Association of Latin American Students, where they created engaging social media content and secured sponsorships. In 2019, Jocelyn joined Groupon as a Business Development Representative, where they identified profitable businesses and conceptualized marketing campaigns. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Growth Manager at MarketerHire, responsible for the customer experience and guiding clients towards their marketing goals. Currently, they are an Events Marketing Coordinator at Meister Media Worldwide. Additionally, Jocelyn worked as a Social Media Freelancer in 2022.

Jocelyn Alfaro completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Illinois State University from 2015 to 2019. Jocelyn further obtained additional certifications such as the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing Google Certification from Google in May 2022, the Google Ads Search Certification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in August 2022, and the HubSpot Sales Software certification from HubSpot Academy in May 2021.
