Durgesh Kumar has extensive experience as a field service engineer and hotline specialist at MEI since August 2022. Prior to this role, Durgesh served as a CNC service engineer at Felder Group India from February 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included the installation and calibration of industrial machines, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools, and training operators on machine care and use. Durgesh also advanced through roles as service engineer and senior service engineer during tenure at Felder Group India. Durgesh holds a diploma in electrical engineering with a focus on industrial control from Govt. Polytechnic Rampur, earned between 2010 and 2013.
