Sam Mahrouq serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Empire Indemnity Insurance Company Risk Retention Group, Inc. since January 2020. In addition, Mahrouq has held the position of Chairman of the Board at MEI Finance, an automotive subprime finance company, since 1993. As the Chief Executive Officer of Ikon Technologies since May 2017, Mahrouq empowers dealers with connected applications, allowing them to retain control of their data. Furthermore, Mahrouq leads MEI Group, owning and managing 10 auto sales and finance dealerships in North Texas, with an average monthly sale of 700 cars. Mahrouq's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, completed between 1987 and 2001.
