Mikko Silvonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and software development within the technology and medical device sectors. Currently serving as Process Improvement Manager at MEGIN since August 2022, Mikko focuses on enhancing processes and tools while implementing EU NIS2 cybersecurity directive requirements. Previously, at Philips from December 2001 to May 2022, Mikko held roles as R&D Excellence Manager, where improvements in R&D processes were spearheaded, and as Software Manager, leading software development transitions. Early career contributions at Lingsoft included roles as Deputy Managing Director and Product Development Manager, where Mikko managed technology departments and led significant projects for Microsoft.
