R Todd Figard has an extensive career in engineering and leadership roles, starting as a Stress Engineer at Grove Manufacturing and advancing to Quality Engineer at Goodyear Aerospace Corporation. R Todd Figard served as Group Leader for Supply Chain Field Engineering at Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems Corporation from 1979 until retirement in 2017, managing supplier quality for anti-skid systems with international responsibilities. R Todd Figard has also been actively involved in community service as a judge for science fairs with ASQ - Akron/Canton, as Vice President at Canton McKinley R&P, and contributing to various roles at local air shows, including Director for the Wings Over Akron initiative. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
