Mark Conlin is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Group VP Engineering at Meggitt since January 2018, Mark focuses on enhancing productivity through workforce development, process improvement, and application deployment. Prior to this role, Mark spent over 11 years at Rolls-Royce, where various positions included Civil Aerospace Capability Executive and Customer Business Transformation Executive, overseeing significant initiatives in customer account management and service delivery. Mark began their career at Rolls-Royce in 1991, progressing from Gas Turbine Service Engineer to Customer Account Manager. Early experience includes a role as Powerplant Engineer at American Airlines. Mark holds a BEng(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Salford.
