Tyler Hitchmough has a diverse work experience in the aviation and ski industry. Tyler began their career as an AME Apprentice at TRK Helicopters in 2016, gaining valuable experience in aircraft maintenance. In 2017, they joined Great Slave Helicopters 2018 Ltd. as an AME Apprentice, and later became an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Tyler's skills and knowledge continued to grow when they joined Coldstream Helicopters Ltd. in 2018 as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Additionally, they have experience as a Ski Technician at Urban Alpine, where they managed the store and performed ski and snowboard maintenance tasks. With a strong background in aircraft maintenance and ski technician work, Tyler is well-rounded in both industries.
Tyler Hitchmough attended Nothern Lights College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a diploma in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician. In terms of additional certifications, Tyler obtained a Bell 212 AF / PP certification from WestPoint Heli in November 2019 and an AS350 B2 AF / PP certification from the same institution in April 2022. Additionally, Tyler holds certifications in Occupational First Aid Level 1 and WHMIS, but the institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
