Maddiel Gonzalez has a strong background in engineering and technology leadership. They are currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at MegaPhase since 2023. In this role, Maddiel is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of technology initiatives, overseeing product development from concept to market launch, and optimizing processes to enhance productivity.

Before joining MegaPhase, Maddiel worked as a New Product Introduction Manager at Astrodyne TDI from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Engineer Manager at MegaPhase, LLC from 2017 to 2022, and as an Engineering Manager/Connector Products at Huber+Suhner Astrolab from 2011 to 2017.

Overall, Maddiel brings extensive experience and expertise in managing engineering teams, product development, and optimizing operational efficiency.

From 2007 to 2011, Maddiel Gonzalez attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in RF/Electrical Engineering.
