Anatoly Gubsky has over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Head of IT Service Management & IT Controls at OJSC "MegaFon" since September 2012. Prior to this role, Anatoly held the position of Head of IT Service Management & IT Finance Division at the Stolichny Branch of OJSC "MegaFon" from June 2010 to September 2012, and earlier roles included Manager of Revenue Assurance and ITSM Senior Specialist at OJSC "MegaFon" from November 2007 to June 2010. Anatoly's career began at Sonic Duo in 2002 as the Head of Application Management, and also included a role as DBA Manager at AMM from October 2000 to March 2002. Educational background includes studies at Jobs in Russia from 1992 to 1997.
