Brenda Isabel Murrugarra Retamozo is a legal professional and leader in environmental and civic engagement initiatives, currently serving as a CEE Fellow at IREX since June 2022, focusing on open and participatory government. Brenda holds directorial positions at CARBON10B X and RICHTERION Limited, both dedicated to climate change objectives and environmental sustainability. Brenda also provides legal counsel as an external advisor for Motorola Solutions and Stanley Black & Decker, while serving as legal representative for Mega Travel. Brenda's legal experience includes extensive advisory roles in corporate and labor law, complemented by a Bachelor’s and Licentiate degree in Law from Universidad César Vallejo, along with specialized training in arbitration and data science from ESAN Graduate School Of Business, Universidad de Salamanca, and Stanford University.
