Michael Aloba has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael started their career as a Strategic Alliance Executive at ValCom in 1987 and held that position until 2010. In 2009, they founded Morshento Ventures and served as the CEO and President, focusing on IT initiatives and mobile and cloud computing solutions. From 2010 to 2012, they also worked as the CEO and President at Venture8, where they continued to develop and implement IT initiatives. In 2010, they joined MPI as the Director of Sales and Marketing, promoting their electronic invoice presentment and payment solution. A year later, they joined IKONNECTBPO as the COO, CMO, and General Partner. In 2012, they worked as a Consultant at Gaming Network Solutions, LLC, specializing in product development and marketing. Since 2012, they have been employed at KBS as a Program Manager, offering IT lifecycle management solutions.
