Adi Blumenfeld Pinchas has had a diverse range of roles and experiences in various companies throughout their career. They have recently joined Altshuler Shaham Financial Services LTD as a Director in July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at The Or Yehuda Development Corporation from July 2020 onwards. Adi has also held Director positions at Michlol Finance, Mega Or Holdings Ltd, and EL'EZRA HOLDINGS LTD starting in 2021. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Director at Inbar Group Finance Ltd. Adi's earlier experience includes serving as the Deputy CEO at Hamashbir Lazarchan, where they were responsible for overseeing Hamashbir 365, a prominent retail chain in Israel. They have also worked as the Group CFO at Aura Investment Limited and as the CEO & CFO at Enter Holdings Ltd.

Adi Blumenfeld Pinchas obtained a Bachelor's degree from The College of Management Academic Studies in 1999. The field of study for this degree is not specified. Later, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance at the same institution, which was completed in 2009.
