Retno Pangesti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal audit and accounting. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit Department at Mega Insurance since September 2022, Retno previously held the position of Pjs Head of Internal Audit at MNC GROUP - PT MNC INVESTAMA, Tbk. from July 2018 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing the full audit cycle and developing annual audit plans. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Auditor at Crowe Horwath Indonesia and as a Junior Auditor at McMillan Woods, Chartered Accountants, both focusing on internal control evaluations and risk assessments. Retno began professional training as an Intern in Accounting and Treasury Management at GMF AeroAsia. Academic qualifications include an Associate's degree in Accounting from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Perbanas Institute.
