Jason Francis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jason is currently serving as the Production Director at Mega Fortris Group of Companies since October 2020. Previously, they worked as the Director of Operations at Ulrich Engineering (PTY) Ltd from May 2012 to September 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Project Manager at Misa Projects from October 2009 to May 2012. Jason also served as a Production Development Engineer at Solar Harvest (PTY) Ltd from January 2007 to September 2009. Jason began their career as a Mechanical Fitter at Rhombic Engineering in October 1999 and later worked as an Autocad Engineer at PAMS from October 1998 to July 1999. Jason 'sroles and responsibilities have encompassed operations management, project management, production development, and engineering.

Jason Francis has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Informatics from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Jason also holds a Diploma in Advanced Project Management from Damelin, obtained in 2004. Additionally, they have certifications in PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner from APMG International, obtained in 2010.
