Laurine Fort has extensive experience in customer care management, currently serving as a Customer Care Manager at Mega since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the after-sales and sales departments for Dutch and English-speaking clients and leading a team of over 20 individuals. Previously, Laurine held the role of Customer Care Coordinator and completed a Management Trainee position at Trias vzw, exploring crowdfunding opportunities in collaboration with Trias Philippines. Laurine's academic background includes a Master's degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven, a Postgraduate in Sustainable Development from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven, complemented by an Erasmus exchange program at the University of Valencia. Additional early experience includes working as a waitress at ViaVia Travellers Café.
